"When I was introduced to Gia, I immediately had the confidence that she was going to guide me through selling my first home. The house moved quickly, at the time of the first open there were four other houses on my street for sale. I was in a situation where if I wanted to sell and come out well at he other end I needed to put it on the market $50,000 over the suggested appraisal. I knew this would be a massive challenge but Gia put the time and advertising into the preparation and the house went into escrow in just 5 weeks.
I plan to buying another property and look forward to working with Gia. As far as my house went she made miracles happen!
